How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout and fill in your contact and delivery details. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for orders within Egypt.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet we will do our best to update it.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Egypt. The delivery cost for your address is shown at checkout before you place your order.
How can I track my order?
Signed-in customers can see the status of every order under My account → Orders. You will also receive email updates when your order status changes.
Products
Which coil resistance should I choose?
Higher resistance (0.8Ω–1.2Ω) suits mouth-to-lung vaping with nicotine salts. Lower resistance (0.6Ω and below) suits restricted or direct lung vaping with lower-strength freebase e-liquids.
What is the difference between salt nic and freebase?
Nicotine salts feel smoother at higher strengths and suit low-power pod systems. Freebase e-liquids are usually used at lower strengths in higher-power devices.
Are your products for adults only?
Yes. Our products contain nicotine and are sold only to adults of legal age.
